I would call the office and also write a strongly worded complaint to their practice. That was not only wildly unprofessional but it was also the opposite of medical care.

Call the practice and ask to speak to the practice manager. Explain what happened and tell them that you want a note in your chart indicating that sales reps are not allowed in your appoints and cannot access any of your records or scans.

Medical student yes, any type of medical rep absolutely NOT. Also with medical students, they can do stuff IF the doctor is in the room and right there watching their every move. My anatomy scan though was just my husband, myself and the ultrasound tech not even doctors.

I would definitely call them and see if they can do a repeat. I would voice that it was also probably very distracting for your ultrasound tech who is looking at your baby’s health & trying to detect abnormalities which is very difficult to do (Tech here 🙋🏻♀️) and you don’t feel comfortable with that scan
