As a paramedic, every pediatric drowning I’ve treated was a result of absentmindedness, miscommunication, or inattention. These should be mandatory. Take the guesswork out of it.

As a paramedic and mom, safety was and IS my first priority with having a pool at our place now. We also have multiple layers of security to prevent anyone from getting in our pool without us knowing. It’s never worth the risk!! Your pool fence looks great!!! 👏

Amazon sells pool alarms. If anything penetrates the pool surface it goes off. I also installed dead bolts at every interior patio door access at the 6ft height - high above their heads.

On July 31, 2022, 17-year-old Mackenzie Shirilla drove a Toyota Camry into a brick building in Strongsville, Ohio, at around 100 mph, killing her boyfriend, 20-year-old Dominic Russo, and their friend, 19-year-old Davion Flanagan.
