people think they avoid this by going site built. we had a 3 page list of extensive issues our builder had to fix and some things had to be addressed multiple times. some things we caught and addressed as it was being built and didn't count on the list. I'll never build another house again.

I’m actually in the process of buying a manufactured home right now. I was sent the sales contract yesterday and I’m concerned with how high the dealer fees are. Can you talk about the extra fees that have nothing to do with the Home?

As a salesman in a different field, this kind of upfront honesty… is MASSIVE in the field. Word of mouth is ALWAYS better. A thoughtful salesman that looks out for his Clients will Frequently have more Permanent clients than the one that wants a quick sale.
