Mix until well combined. 3. Transfer mixture to a lined or greased baking dish or a loaf pan. Shape into a loaf if not using a pan. 4. In a small bowl, mix crushed tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and salt to make the glaze. 5. Spread the tomato glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf. 6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
