@timesaver_scrappy: The New ARC Raiders Update Will FLOP — Frozen Trail Disappointed The Community ❄️📉 Just imagine: six months without updates, six months without content, and all we get after this long wait is a new map, a couple of new guns, and two new ARCs. That is fully comparable to the scale of past major updates like Riven Tides or Flashpoint, and does not come close to the full game reimagining the developers promised. But the main downside — most of the new features are aimed specifically at PvP, not PvE, which the community has been asking for forever. It seems Embark has completely given up on PvE players and does not plan to add a PvE mode in the new update. And this is despite the fact that such a mode has already existed in the Chinese version of ARC Raiders for a long time — meaning the mechanic is ready, but they do not want to hand it over to global players. Most likely, the game will recover its player count for a couple of months on the wave of hype, but after that we will get another six months without content and an even bigger drop in online numbers.
