My 2 kids are very similar ages! Moving bub into their own room has been game changer. Some of his wakes/ stirs he self settles without a feed so we don’t even need to get up. My older one we’ve kept in a cot at almost 3, if she wakes early we just tell her it’s not time to get up yet, give her some books and she knows we will come get her when it’s time.

Feel like we’re living the same life! Both my kids are the same ages as yours!! My toddler dropped his nap since the age of 2 and my 7 month old on two cat naps. Don’t feel guilty about the tv! Just be in control of what they watch!
