Building is an investment a house that cost 100M in 2023 will be cost 200M in 2026 just bcos cement price increase the value of house will also increase like the rent according to the percentage, If you buy gold in 2023 at rate of 40K per gram and its now selling in 2026 for 180K per gram, will you say bcos they bought it in 2023 it doesn't have to appreciate that how asset work , but a good must always take good care of the house 😉
