GUYS THEY WILL NOT TRANSFER YOU! This happened to me last year. They told us we would get an email about a transfer and they kept egging us on about the email, meanwhile we shut down our store cleaned it out got rid of product. Our last day they didn’t tell us anything till about 3pm (by that time, our store was completely empty and shut down) no one in my districted got transferred except for maybe a few baristas. Everyone got separated and the severance pay isn’t that good. I was a supervisor and got maybe 1k 😭 they don’t pay out sick time either just vacation, which is pretty standard but just so you know.

I just transferred to a new store 10 days ago and now it’s closing 😭 I’m literally so fucking scared. My insurance, my therapy, my whole entire life is connected to this job. I’m calling stores tomorrow to see if they’ll transfer me in, and my old temp manager already told my previous DM to take me back, but still. This sucks so much.
