Lol, wished this happened to me cause what happened was I was stuck in a long call because this damn customer insisted on me checking out tires and asking if the set of 2 actually accounts for 2 tires if he buys them. So I got to clock 20 mins after my designated ship and I was irritated but the walk home eased some of my anger

If the customers are very, very rude, I tell them I'll transfer them and put the call on hold, and then I just wait until the customers hang up because they don't want to wait any longer.
