The system is harsh already and time and time again the stats show that there are so few people who are exploiting the welfare system. The people who exploit our system are at the other end of the income stream they are the top percentage of the wealthy who avoid paying taxes and who have been given a free ride for too long. Let’s stop looking at the vulnerable and start looking at the powerful rich.
