hotworx is the best!!! u get used to it & stronger by the session, i recommend you do HIIT (thunder, blast or cycle) before any ISO class! (pilates, barre, warrior, buns, core, yoga)

hotworx is amazing!! so underrated. next time try 2 Blast back to back and then the barre none class. thats what I do. the barre is THE best class hands down, at least to me. even the Core class is good.
