@welovecuddly: URGENT: Skeletal Dog Found Dumped On Desolate Road In Heinous Act Of Cruelty That Nearly Cost Him His Life Chance’s tiny body tells a devastating story of severe neglect. At just eight weeks old, he was found dumped, cold, starving, and barely able to hold himself up. Although he was discovered just outside the rescue’s jurisdiction, his condition was so critical that rescuers knew they couldn’t leave him behind. During his examination, Chance’s little legs still tried to support him. Once wrapped in warm blankets, his temperature slowly began to rise, allowing his team to offer him small amounts of food. Because his body is so severely depleted, refeeding must happen carefully and gradually. He also needs treatment for infections, mange and damaged skin, an abscess on his face, and an upper respiratory infection. For most puppies, eating and staying warm are ordinary parts of life. For Chance, right now, every small milestone is a victory. If he makes it through these critical first stages, he will still face weeks of veterinary treatment, medications, proper nutrition, skin care, and repeated examinations. His rescuers named him Chance because that is exactly what they are determined to give him a chance to experience the safe, healthy puppyhood he should have had from the beginning. Please consider donating toward Chance’s stabilization, emergency veterinary care, skin and mange treatment, abscess care, respiratory medication, nutritional support, and continued recovery. Every contribution can help give this tiny boy the chance he desperately deserves. 🔗 DONATE - LINK IN BIO 📍Pauls Valley, Oklahoma - Pauls Valley Animal Welfare Society #rescuepup #dogmom #adoptdontshop
