LMAO. Ask yourself how much were all the local governments generating in IGR before Tinubu? Even the state government was generating only 600million naira. So if his logic is that the state took over what the LGs should do, he should tell us how much all the LGs in Lagos were generating before AD/AC/ACN/APC came on board. What was the balance sheet like? Its easy to say these things but we need to first think and then ask critical questions. How did Lagos IGR get to go from 14 billion Naira (158 million USD) to 1.7 trillion (1.33 billion USD) Were they LGs collecting 1.7 trillion Naira or 1.33 billion USD in 1999? Let someone answer us.

I asked them one day, what then becomes the importance of the driving licence issued by road safty.
