You have low iron “iron deficiency “ meaning need to ask them what your number your ferritin and hemoglobin…… if it is below a 5 . Speak from experience

If you’re still breastfeeding it can be normal to not get your period back yet. I didn’t get mine back until I completely stopped at 16 months!

I had really low iron when I was pregnant and it messed w me so bad it would make my heart rate go up really high from walking etc. I had it checked not too long ago and it was back to normal but I still have symptoms

This exact thing happened to me, my entire pregnancy my hemoglobin was 8ish when I left the hospital it was 6.5-7.. two years later my levels are still all abnormally low and I’ve been getting labs done every few months while taking iron and folate

the same thing happened to me with anemia - had it with my son and then after birth it got worse - i ended up getting an infusion which made it worse the next week or so but once it settled i feel 10x better
