when I was a kid we had a trampoline. every kid in the neighborhood that came over had to get a note from their parents saying if anything happened it was not my family's fault. ironically I was the only one who ever got hurt on it.

Personal experience… my son’s friend got hurt at our house a few years ago. Their insurance pushed back on the claim because it happened at our house under our supervision. Their insurance came to me - collected our homeowner policy information and the insurance companies worked it out. We offered to pay their copay but they declined because… the boys were 10 and stupid.
