My tortilla recipe is in my breads playlist 🥰 to roll it in a circle push back and forth and rotate 90 degrees and repeat. When you have a big stack of tortillas put a mixing bowl upside down on top of them. Using a knife cut around the bowl and you will have symmetrical circles 🥰 all you gotta do is give them a little bowl cut & freeze.

I feel like as a mother of two very small kids (3 and 1) I desperately need to know HOW you get your kids to just eat whatever you decide to make. My toddler is so picky and will survive off bananas and frozen blueberries if I don’t make her like cheesy rice or pb and j. She ate everything until she was 2 and decided no more and it makes shopping and cooking so hard 😭

Looks great but I can’t do flour tortillas for enchiladas. We live in California and my kids only know corn tortillas for enchiladas.
