Fun fact: prior to Lou Anaroumo coming to Indy. The Colts had the 30th ranked defense so we somehow downgrade to the get the D coordinator from the 31st ranked defense from the Bengals. Make that make sense. Chris Ballard should’ve been fired years ago. He’s never made a good pick in the draft on defense. We for some reason are never aggressive in free agency even though every year we are top 10 in cap space. He traded a first round pick for Carson Wentz. He signed Philip Rivers (twice) he signed Matt Ryan, he’s a terrible GM he can’t a good coaching hire. Im 100000000% convinced that he has major dirt on the Irsay and that’s why they haven’t fired him yet. Since he’s been here we haven’t won the division, we’ve only made the playoffs once and have 0 playoff wins. And he’s been here for 9 years. He should’ve been fired years ago and have a restraining order put on him for the entire city of Indianapolis. He should be barred from the city and charge for something.

Only thing I see his biggest problem is quarterback. There has been 2-3 years they were a quarterback short of being a contender.,
