So if I’m understanding things correctly when they had to start buying health insurance through the market place and paying deductibles like their constituents they expanded the physician’s office to offer primary care. I’m so tired.

I hope this brings out other former Navy personnel who were in the same position while they were serving but now in the civilian world. Former Navy personnel who were in that position but no longer are under UCMJ should DEFINITELY speak up about this and either confirm or deny.
