no fr I got so mad when people were saying that. the power of friendship isn't JUST people worked together. if means the power COMES FROM FRIENDSHIP. dain, jester, and the traveler are all a bunch of years old and super powerful on their own. dain and jester specifically have been preparing for a moment like this. working together isn't a bad thing. three powerful people is better than one against THE GOD OF DEATH.

mind you the story has been setting up details for this plan for a little while now. besides Ronova isn't even dead and her authority was taken by the heavenly principles themselves. and I think a lot of people completely misunderstood what the title of ruler of death even means because she isn't death itself. Death existed far before she ever did and we literally learned around 6 months to a year ago that the authority of death used to belong to someone else. And the plan just makes sense, they didn't technically defeat her themselves, they defeated her by using the rules we already knew she was bound by. my only story complaint is that I feel like it went by a little too fast, but even then it's clearly implied that she'll appear again. only minor complaint is that I feel like her losing her authority was visually underwhelming but everything else makes sense

I thought it was kind of lame because, from our player perspective, everything happened too fast and Ronova's budget was completely cut. Like why dis she showed up like that with nothing happening, no music, no epic big eye teleportation, no nothing. She was just spinning out of nowhere just so hoyo could say that they did something

I hate when people use the “power of friendship” excuse to hate on a major quest. Because even if it may seem like it, a lot of the time PART OF THE PLAN IS TO WORK TOGETHER. Like Mavuika’s plan worked because her plan relied on extra power + 6 heroes (and the rest of Natlan). STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. It’s the same with Nod-Krai! Neither the Traveler or Columbina could full on solo Rerir and Dottore! They needed all the help they could get! Like even if the plot is a bit rushed, it’s never JUST “power of friendship”.

What? Are they complaining about it again? Did they not realize that the quest is all about trust among the characters? Like how they all trust Tsaritsa's plan against the Heavenly Principles without even knowing the whole picture of it while Tsaritsa trusts all of us to do our part even though she can't say it out loud in hopes to catch their opponents off guard? Are they not even looking at the story itself now???
