Mom of two here - carry around rubbing alcohol prep pads. I don’t know why it works, but if you’re sniffing one of those it cuts the nausea. Also Lamp Berger!! Just get the unscented oil not a scented one.

Hypoclorous acid!!! Spray it on everything!! It removes odors. As a house cleaner this is the ONLY thing I’ve found to work. Counters, floors, furniture. Anything and everything.

Hey there! I suffered with HG for all my pregnancies. A nurse taught me that a sniff of an alcohol wipe or sanitizer helps immensely and IT WORKS. zofran was also a savior. Good luck!

One of my best friends strung a fruit loop through some yarn and wore it under her nose her entire pregnancy, no joke. She'd change the fruit loop every day. She had a tan line from it for a while no joke. 😂

wash everything with free and clear, wash all bedding and light eucalyptus candles/ spray!!!! coming from a girl who literally cant stand the smell of ANYTHING

Let the house breathe. Open windows as much as you can. Also, I put ginger, turmeric, apple slices, lemon, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise in a crockpot with water and let it cook for hours and the smell of the house is amazing. And you can drink it after too!!
