YouTube kids has a “parents approved content only” restriction. My kids watch the same videos over and over, nothing new pops up on their feed.

On the other hand, my little sister has a tablet (she’s wayyyy too young for a phone) and all she does is watch Olympic diving.

Why does everyone want a kid to have games and YouTube on a phone 😭 what happened to playing outside or the regular tv with commercials. That’s why your kids misbehave and can’t focus on anything

This is perfect, cartoons and everything else can be watched in the TV because it’s a community activity, watching TV is a family activity, not an isolated device.

I understand why they have it but I really don't recommend Duolingo, it's been proven to only teach Spanish right, every other language is taught wrong by it, and they use AI instead of actual language teachers and professionals to help

My daughter has an old phone that only has Spotify on it, and I made her a Playlist of kid music & movie soundtracks. It's essentially an iPod, but she tells everyone she has a phone. I have to quickly correct people's horrified expressions lol

there's a leapfrog app and PBS kids games app in the Google play store! Both I think are much more beneficial apps for any parents 😊
