Going from feeling literally unstoppable, smashing 5 rounds on pads and not even being tired to barely surviving 30 seconds is a humbling experience 😂 Physically it’s hard, but mentally it’s a whole different thing. Your body adjusts faster than your head does and it takes a minute to accept that this is the new normal, Of course I could get back to that level again if I wanted but fight camp is not for the weak and I am simply not ready to put myself through that again 😂 Learning to train without a clear end goal is an adjustment. When there isn’t a date locked in it can feel a bit pointless at times, even though it obviously isn’t because we don’t train just to fight. But no one talks about this and it’s learning to be okay with where I’m at even if it’s not where I used to be!! #muaythai #muaythaigirls #muaythaifighter #muaythaicamp #muaythaiwomen
