no tinnitus trick has EVER worked for me. I'm convinced I'll have it for the rest of my life. I miss the quiet sound of snow falling in the dead winter. I can hear it, but its accompanied by the high pitched ringing 😭

For those unclear, the circled area is the “soft spot” mentioned. Lightly cup your palms over your ears, don’t push. Don’t go drumming on the back of your head like crazy, literally just place your fingers on your scalp and start lightly tapping that area.

I have one that sounds like white noise, and the other is just a very high pitched whistle. The white noise sorts of lowers the whistle. I tried this and now the white noise is gone but the other is worse and its driving me nuts [En larmes]

I did this and it takes it away for a few seconds, however just before the higher pitched ringing and hissing starts to come back I hear a loud lower pitched noise and rumbling. so loud that I looked out the window wondering what was going on. It's 100% repeatable.

my tinnitus is literally always there and has been as long as I can remember. it doesn't bother me all that much but sometimes when I'm having a strong emotion it gets too loud.
