As a child I watched my dad feed an entire community from acres of peas,corn, tomatoes, greens, beans, potatoes, live stock, deer, rabbit and he still managed to go to work everyday and on top of all that he raised TEN CHILDREN in the 70,s. This is why I refuse to fail because he taught me everything he knew he past away two months ago at 96.🥰

We had more organizations back then. That is the foundation of our survival. Or ability to organize. How we fall, is by being infiltrated. We need to organize around politics, economic development and education. Membership orgs are SOOOOO important to our survival. To be fully self supporting, declining outside contributions to get contributions is how we have to move. No more handshaking. No more coopted Blk politicians. I’m talking grass root organizing where we are, with each other!!!
