for further repairs don't weld across the top of the upright or the horizontal of the flat capping the corner. It stresses the metal and creates week points that will crack 👍

Unfortunately it will just keep cracking! Been there with the same issues. Cheap Chinese aluminium canopy’s that keep cracking. Roof top tent above doesn’t help as well as everything hanging off the back spare wheel bouncing around ect.
