It hurts so bad, but he continued to do it. I love him so much and we had so many plans the 4 years we were together, but I caught myself trying to see if he was cheating again. I thought it was me, like I wasn’t enough. Whether that was my attractiveness level or something else entirely. In reality he couldnt love and fully accept himself. He really needed to learn to care for his own first before he got into a relationship. He’s ruined my trust and I don’t recognize who he is anymore. You will never truly see this person the same way or trust this person the same way again even if you think you can. I’ve learned from my mistakes. There will always be someone who is better for you. I think it’s okay to go back to your partner, even when they’ve done something to hurt you. Because when you go back, you eventually start seeing that person differently. The love you once had can slowly fade, and you may even begin to resent or hate them. When that love is gone, leaving can become much easier because you no longer feel the same attachment you once did. That’s why I don’t judge anyone for choosing to go back to their partner, no matter what the situation is. Sometimes people need to go back and experience things for themselves before they realize that the love they once had is no longer there. And when that happens, walking away can become a lot easier.😌
