dude i hate sounding like those annoying comments but this is how cats behave when they’re overstimulated. a lot of cats don’t like being scratched that low to their butt and she’s trying to redirect her emotions instead of getting mad :/💕 my cat does this exact thing but she does lash out after a moment, your kitty is really trying to not tear you up 😭❤️please look into feline hyperstesia it explains this!

I feel like cats do this to make themselves believe they are grooming themselves , so she licking you as your scratching her, I noticed this in another video when a girl used a wet wipe to clean a cats spot that she couldn’t reach😭
