A sexual abuse attempt down my street. It was the local festivities in my city, which means there were people celebrating, throwing parties outside... and getting drunk and high af. Mostly drunk. A girl and 3 or 4 guys walked past the block of apartments I live in. She began yelling about calling the police if they didn't stop harassing and forcing her. I even recorded an audio of it just in case.

When I was a teenager I worked at a gas station and a local mechanic (in his 30’s) used to drop by to chat all the time. One night he brought me a huge hunters knife and said “there’s a lot of predators out here “. I told my parents and other adults and no one thought it was odd. I still have it.

The creepiest thing I’ve ever seen. It was late at night and I was driving home from being out. As I’m nearing this corner I see a loose dog with its leash still on. I thought “that’s weird.. where’s the owner?” Then as I turn the corner I see a man putting an unconscious woman in the backseat of his car. He makes eye contact with me but then just gets in the car and drives off. I call the police and report what I saw but they told me they can only do something if someone calls in for a missing person…. Never got an update.

I received a call like that back when I was little (I’m 50 now) and it was pretty common for those kinds of calls to happen. No caller id and families were published in a contact list through the school.

When I was 13, I had a flue and was in a foreign language class. Due to fever, I left earlier. It was nearly 19:00. I went home and the door of my building there was a car with it's back door open. A man was laying on the floor with the face on the floor and 3 men were standing. I looked in the eye the man who seemed like the boss and had a look in the eyes like I was not impressed. I didn't stop or anything, just looked him in the eyes like, leave me alone bro I don't care what shit is happening here. I saw he hesitated, but I didn't, same expression in my face. They let me go, just like that, silently. I kept walking with the same pace and went home at the 7th floor with the elevator safe. I still believe that the men on the floor was dead. Did tell my mom, but she just brushed it off.

I have a story similar to slide 9. My friend would spend the night with me a lot and one night we were sleeping at my house and I had a nightmare about a man wearing an old timey hat, I can’t remember the name, and a trench coat standing in my doorway watching us sleep. I had this dream several times and I finally mentioned it to my friend. She said she had been having the same nightmares! One day I was napping and I had the nightmare but this time, he was at the foot of my bed about to touch me. I jumped up, standing on the bed and started throwing punches and screaming at him to get out. Then I woke up in a panic thrashing my arms. We never saw him again.
