I simply submit mine, no phone call at all. Just an acknowledgement email. When i applied my balance al which is 19 days. But due to prorate im entitled only 12 days.. So i applied al 12 days to clear it.. On my last day, My bos said i was not professional because i apply the balance al. Whatever, i have a peaceful life right now.. No more burnout

I tried to be honest and highlighted the facts that are make me uncomfortable. They asked me to resign and no solution to fix it so i did lor..as long as i serve my notice period and exit clearance properly..swee chai.
