So it becomes a factual reality - you flat if it is a leasehold - at some point in time you need to worry as to how to get a new home ! And if you buy resale and it has 50 years left and you are already 25 yo….At the grand old age of 75years old your asset becomes ZERO - then why are you going to stay ? At the beach front ????🤩

When you reach 60 years old sell your HDB flat. Rent a flat or room. You’ll have lots of money in the bank and your CPF meets the minimum retirement savings. Collect monthly CPF payouts from age 65 till your final retirement (death). No worries of mortgage or interest on loans. you will live a very comfortable life. No need for any financial consultants.
