Conservative pundit Tucker Carlson doesn’t believe Trump’s war with Iran is about nuclear weapons. He believes Israel pushed President Trump into the war in Iran with three aims: to project regional hegemony, to diminish the power of the six Gulf States and to get the U.S. out of the Middle East.   In an interview with NPR’s Steve Inskeep, Carlson said “Israel wants our bases out of the Middle East. I said this to Trump to his face in the Oval Office days before the war began. And he looked at me and said ‘Yes, you’re right.
