Writing this in the caption because people are not understanding. India was the country where I felt the least threatened in, it was only the first two clips that took place in India. I went there to embrace culture and see one of the seven wonders (Taj Mahal) this was when I had to go outside to buy food because I spent an hour trying to order online but I literally could not. I went to the shopping centre to buy my food and then left, these men tried following me to get me in their taxis however I did not see them as threats due to how easily they moved away when I pulled out my phone. I was laughing and being polite because I am a respectful person. The second they come over I am fully prepared to act like a lunatic to get them away from me. Indian men were actually the most respectful out of all the countries I went to, they were kind and welcoming even though creepy at times I still never felt like I was going to get raped and die. Please pattern yourself in my comments because I’m not going to sit here and be hated on for wanting to travel. Whether I am woman or solo I can still go where I want and I was prepared to go to India. I felt safer there then I do with people in my comments talking about me like this so honestly keep it to yourself. Everyone keeps saying “this won’t end well” yet it ended perfectly fine and I have been safe and happy in england since then. In India I only got followed twice and it was extremely easy to fend off the men, in Bali it was a different story as the men there are a lot more pushy. I made my choice and I didn’t have to deal with the consequences because there were no consequences. I was fine. I posted this for people who might freak out in these situations or who are unable to handle themselves.
