Doing this helped my cervix soften with both my kids I will 100% be doing it again. I always waiting till time for bed and would poke a small hole in it before placing it in lol.

I've used primrose with all 3 of my pregnancies! 3 successful unmedicated births with early dilation and effacement and no tearing! I'll use it again as I'm 34w currently!

be careful with the evening primrose oil if you already have high blood pressure, it can raise your blood pressure.
