How does moose taste? I had elk once (hard pass). Deer is strong, gamey. A distinctive taste. Do you have to kill it in spices?

Looks great iat least you know your meat is completely organic, no growth hormones, antibiotics emetic that they pump cattle full of. I prefer courser meat when I make anything with ground beef
