I have congestive heart failure and asthma. Oxygen level of 78 is dangerous. Definitely call your cardiologist or just go straight to the ER. Praying for you!

Mine gets to 73 72 when I'm up moving around. Everyday. I'm on Oxy. I have Bronchiectasis, COPD, and Asthma. Also a lung bacterial infection pseudomonis that is antibiotic resistant. I lay down and put my feet above my head. Just breathe slowly. It brings my O2 back up. Hope you feel better.

I had heart surgery last year. I know exactly the fear…. And also, I know how much it stock going to the emergency room and feeling like they’re not taking you seriously sometimes too. I’m so sorry. 😞

Sinus or haverfever can also affect your lungs.The postnasal drip can move in your lungs. That was the cayse of my friend
