@moonietok: I didn’t expect these lamb slices to be THIS convenient. 🥩🥢 I just layered napa cabbage into my cast iron pot, added snow white mushrooms, then placed the thinly sliced lamb from SJ FOOD on top. Poured in my sukiyaki sauce, covered it, and let everything cook over medium heat for 25–30 minutes. That’s it. No complicated prep, no need to slice the meat myself — just take the amount I need from the freezer and cook. The thin slices are easy to portion, cook conveniently in hotpot-style dishes, and soak up all that savoury sukiyaki sauce beautifully. Plus, they’re versatile enough for sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, hotpot, noodles, and rice bowls.
