because earlier in the quest you could hear renova and gold talk and they had to kill and revive everyone in a certain time period before the hp checks up on them and becouse the tsaritsa used the 6 gnosis to slow down time and gold didn't notice they missed that time meaning renova was made to feel death

It was coïncidental timing, they stripped her due to her not reviving the people before Celestia monitored what she was doing. It just so happened to happen after the traveller did a massive blow to her

I personally believe it was his light element attack that it triggered this. it probably thought phanes was attacking ronova or something like this,triggering the extraction of her authority

Coincidence, traveler just stopped her from leaving and the HP stripped her of her authority for abusing it since she can only use it as long as Rhinedottir revives them within a certain time, who was delayed due to the tsaritsa using the gnosis to slow down time making her late

Rhinedottir and Ronova had a deal that whenever Ronova killed anyone, Rhinedottir would have to resurrect them all after a short time, but Tsaritsa used her cryo powers mixed with the gnosis to slow down time for both Tsaritsa and Rhinedottir, which ended up in Rhinedottir not being able to resurrect her victims (Ronova cannot kill for an infinite time and has to make her kills temporary)

i think that It's because Rinedottir had to revive everyone After Ronova killed them within a Time frame before the HP checked on them, but since Rine couldnt do It because She was trapped by the 6 gnosises, when HP checked, everyone was still dead, which led to HP punishing Ronova

if you missed the quest; the Tsaritza kept Rhinedottir very well distracted while Ronova was hoping for Rhinedottir to give life to the people she killed. Ronova cannot kill people permanently without the Heavenly Principles permission, and Rhinedottir has agreed to bring people back.
