I've learnt that the hard way. still fighting the battle. Mine's not about truth about people and situations,but about myself. And it comes hand in hand with oversharing my personal battles, struggles, my mistakes, my weaknesses. Recently, someone I'd trusted and shared so much truth with, used my truth against me and that put me in a very delicate position emotionally when things fell out. I am learning to shut up and not participate at all. Very timely information. I've been trying to make sense of what this is.

telling a lie is the most difficult thing to do for me . But yes ..... There's this guy" Canagie " ...an author who's written a couple of books including " how to win influence" . Whenever I read his school of thought I get so angry because it comes from a point of making you shrink and bend to be palatable . I'd rather be quiet instead of lying or sugarcoating
