I haven’t been volunteering much the past few weeks because life has been busy and my fosters at home have needed a lot of my time. But today I finally had some time to go back and I have to say, it felt so good. I got some steps in and spent some time with Bubba and Azalea. Bubba is very skinny and would really benefit from a foster home where he can put on some weight and have someone patient with him while he works on potty training. I also spent some time with Azalea, who is currently in danger of euthanasia. She is a BIG girl, but all she wanted from everyone she met today was belly rubs. I shared more information about her in another post, I wrote about what type of home and handler I think would be best for her in the caption. Both of these dogs could really benefit from getting out of the shelter and into homes where they can decompress and show who they are outside of a kennel!
