Easy to say. No one ever gets a book everyday for 10 hours a day for 30 days consistently. unless you're a pioneer in the business and you're the only one that offers that business sadly there are a lot of people who has a yacht rental business. haha.

wait 15% deposit is an option, so 35k is deposit. so if i take a 35k loan then use it as deposit. i pay the primary loan in 2 months then go forward to pay the remaining. in 2 years. i have a debt free boat with 10k weekly.💯 according to your calculations.
