I worked full time and my husband stayed home. For many years. I thought I was so edgy and cool, a great example for my daughters. Years later, I regret it. I’m so unfulfilled and now have lost that precious time. We are different and we should lean into that, not fight it.

It’s a stigma because of the way most people grew up. If women started being the breadwinners and got their husbands to stay home with the kids then that stigma would flip within the next generation.

so over the comparison's between men and women we are not meant to compete with each other we are meant to compliment each other. it's about everyone winning at life together. instead many fight let ego pride and bs in the way,both men and women and everyone loses out on a happy fulfilling life trying to win,what? I don't know.
