Life is better with crispy fried chicken! Spice Up Is having a Sale This Coming 10.10! Shoppers Can Enjoy FREE SHIPPING, Cashback, 10% Discount Voucher and Exclusive Bundle @Spice Up - Herbs & Spices Crispy Garlic Paprika Chicken Drumsticks Ingredients • 4-5 chicken drumsticks • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1½ tsp paprika • ½ tsp ground black pepper • 1½ tsp chicken powder • 1 egg • ¾ cup all-purpose flour • ½ cup cornstarch • ¼ cup water, or as needed • Oil, for frying Procedure 1. Prepare the chicken. Pat the drumsticks dry. For better flavor, make 2–3 shallow cuts on the thickest part of each drumstick. 2. Season. Place the drumsticks in a bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground black pepper, and chicken powder. Rub the seasonings well into the chicken. 3. Add the egg. Add 1 egg and mix until the drumsticks are evenly coated. 4. Make the coating. Add the flour and cornstarch. Toss well. Add water little by little until you have a thick coating clinging to the chicken. 5. Rest. Let the coated drumsticks rest for about 10–15 minutes. This helps the coating stick better. 6. Fry. Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the drumsticks in batches so the pan isn't overcrowded. Cook for about 10–14 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. 7. Check doneness. The thickest part should reach 165°F/74°C internally. If the outside is browning too quickly, lower the heat so the inside has time to cook. 8. Drain and serve. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce #SpiceUp #SpiceUpYourLife #SpiceUpHerbAndSpices #YourPartnerinMakingFoodBetter #PanlasangLola
