Stopping is really hard - at 3 weeks it's still in your system so don't get lulled into a false sense of security. I found I lost for a bit once I stopped then 6 months later the weight started piling back on.

We lost our little one at 16weeks as his heart grew outside his body (he was swimming in there non the wiser) we also feel it for about a month before then absolutely fine on the day. I think it's just feeling that anxiety of that day but then it comes and it feels just like any other day [Red heart] thinking of you all!
