We reached out to a safe house in Pietermaritzburg that supports women who are victims of GBV and their children. We asked them exactly what they needed, and we purchased the specific toiletries and quantities they requested. This came at a heartbreaking time in our country, following the discovery of nine bodies of women who had reportedly been raped and violated. GBV continues to devastate so many lives, and while this contribution may seem small, it goes a long way in supporting the women and children being cared for at the safe house.
