Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: (Servings 4-6) Korean BBQ Steak: * 1½ lbs ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced * 2 tbsp low-l sodium soy sauce * 2 tbsp brown sugar * 1 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp gochujang * 1 tbsp sesame oil * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 1 tsp freshly grated ginger * ½ tsp cracked black pepper * 1 tbsp avocado oil Garlic Butter Noodles: * 1 lb thick spaghetti, linguine, or lo mein noodles * 4 tbsp butter * 6 garlic cloves, finely minced * 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce * 1½ tbsp oyster sauce * 1 tbsp brown sugar * 1 tsp sesame oil * ¼ cup reserved pasta water Caramelized Onions: * 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced * 1 tbsp butter * Pinch of salt Sticky Gochujang Glaze: * 2 tbsp gochujang * 3 tbsp honey * 1½ tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 1 tsp sesame oil * 1 tbsp water Finish: * 3 green onions, sliced * 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds * 3 tbsp crispy fried garlic * Chopped parsley, optional * Crushed red pepper flakes, optional Directions: 1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, gochujang, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper. Add the thinly sliced steak and marinate for about 15-30 minutes. 2. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Add the sliced onion and a pinch of salt. Cook until soft and caramelized with some darker edges. Remove and set aside. 3. Cook the noodles until just al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining. 4. Heat a skillet or wok until extremely hot. Add avocado oil. 5. Remove excess marinade from the steak and sear it in small batches for about 1-2 minutes per side. Let some pieces develop dark, caramelized edges. 6. Whisk together the gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water. 7. Return all the steak to the skillet and pour in the glaze. Toss over high heat until the steak becomes dark, sticky, and glossy. Remove it from the pan. 8. Lower the heat and melt 4 tablespoons butter. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. 9. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and reserved pasta water. 10. Add the noodles and toss until every strand is coated in the garlic butter sauce. 11. Fold most of the caramelized onions through the noodles. 12. Transfer the noodles to a large shallow bowl and pile the Korean BBQ steak across the top rather than mixing it completely into the noodles. 13. Spoon a little extra sticky glaze over the steak. 14. Finish with green onions, sesame seeds, crispy garlic, and the remaining caramelized onions. Enjoy! ☺️ #TikTokCreatorSearchInsightsIncentive #easycookingrecipes #koreanbbq #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipe
