I had my mom and mil get hair and makeup done with me, then she left to go be with her son and take photos in her home and I got dressed with my mom, then we all met back up for family photos and first looks. It’s totally ok to involve the grooms mother just as much as the brides.

The wife wants to treat the mother-in-law like just a nanny and not their grandmother. I think she’s great at taking care of the kids and getting everything done. he just wants his mom to be included too and there’s nothing wrong with that. It just seems like the wife doesn’t like his mom and doesn’t want to include her in anything.
