I start losing hair at 15 (I'm 21 now) the doctor said Your hair loss is not hereditary and gave some vitamin it helps with lossing less hair but never as thicks it used to be, do u think it's okay if I start using minoxidil for like an year? Or If anyone else is in the same situation and has a solution, please help. Having thin hair makes me lose my confidence.😣

I take 2.5 oral minoxidil because I have pets. I take pumpkin seed oil 500 mgs and spiralactone along with an iron pill every other day I also use Theradome helmet and I still have not seen much results . The shedding isn’t as terrible but the regrowth is non existent it’s so frustrating to spend all this money and to commit daily only to be let down
