Found out about this place yesterday (in Mochdre North Wales) and went there today to check it out. A really nice guy in his garage running a sourdough bakery, the food is on another level, much higher than I could have imagined. I think it's open between 10am and 3pm on Thur, Fri and Sat, but if you're going make sure you confirm yourself in case that's changed.
