under certain United Nation protocol..Human Rights Tribunal"..could essentially be set by community empowered initiatives in every freedom-loving area,fully transparent courts of record to protect 'Humans Rights (People's) Tribunals to do the job of protecting front any unlawful threats deemed as harmful.e.gto the environment or people,any threats to human rights..in any way,by the people without any v gov/Corp agencies.when a government do not carry out the will of people the people have a right n duty to replace with a government with another people powerful government.
