Who's stupid enough to play 3 card monte with strangers? A normal person would know it's a scam. A fool and their money are soon parted. The scammers used to play these games in San Diego and clean up on the newly graduated Navy and Marine recruits, we used to brief them before graduating but there’s always some that thought they knew more
